After 28 years of teaching others to make art, I finally found myself with the time to again make art myself.

I decided to explore jewelry-making using Polymer clay, and challenged myself to try a new technique each day.  I absolutely fell in love with Polymer and all the ways it can be used!  

After I created over 200 pairs of earrings, my son informed me it was time to start selling them.  That is how Meraki heART began.

Meraki is a Greek word that means to do something with passion and to put a part of yourself into what you do and what you make.

I chose the name and have incorporated love into each handcrafted piece of wearable art.

I hope that my art will bring joy to those who wear it and to those who share it!
